‘Flat-Rate Shipping’ within Canada and internationally, refers to regular mail sent via Canada Post and does not include a tracking number. Expedited shipping rates (for items such as mugs; apparel; etc.) include tracked shipping via Shipstation. Please note that Free Shipping Offer does not apply to wholesale purchases.
Local Calgary Pickup orders will be notified of pick up instructions via email when order is ready for pick-up. Pick-up location is in the central Calgary.
International orders are sent via Canada Post Air Mail and may take up to 7 weeks to arrive.
Lace Brick Design is not responsible for the rare occurrence of tracked items that state that they have been delivered but are not received by customer. We will do everything we can to work with Canada Post to investigate the location of packages that are delivered yet not received by customer. Please ensure you check your delivery location often when expecting a delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. Kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org with your exchange and/or return request before shipping your product.

For exchanges, the replacement item’s shipping must be covered by the customer (as shipping is already discounted, this small fee will apply again when Lace Brick Design ships the exchanged item).
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The Lace Brick Design website uses a third party service to help maintain the security and performance of the Lace Brick Design website. To deliver this service it processes the IP addresses of visitors to the Lace Brick Design website.
We use a third party service, WordPress.com, to publish our blog. We use a standard WordPress service to collect anonymous information about users’ activity on the site, for example the number of users viewing pages on the site, to monitor and report on the effectiveness of the site and help us improve it. WordPress requires visitors that want to post a comment to enter a name and email address.
When someone visits Lace Brick Design, we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. Our store is hosted on Woocommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Woocommerce’s data storage, databases and the general Woocommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Woocommerce stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
